Hello all you lovely people out there! How is the spring/summer season treating you? With the Lakme Fashion Week 2016 coming to an end, a lot of new trends were seen on the ramp along with old trends being presented in different and interesting ways!
One trend that was yet again dominant was Prints! I believe this trend has been in the limelight since the past 2 years or so and it continues to remain the focal point for all the fashion biggies in the industry! One print that has really caught the eye of every fashion enthusiast is abstract print or graphic print. These prints are so edgy and fun and I love the fact that they are being used by Indian designers in the most casual of apparels!
Here, I’m sporting one such really beautiful abstract printed maxi dress from the Mumbai based label Myst Designs. I love the fluidity of the garment and the material is extremely soft and breezy making it just perfect for this hot and sticky climate. It has a small cut-out detailing at the back and sleeves of this maxi dress are slightly puffy which is such a welcome change for this season. The maxi clinches at the waist making it flary at the bottom.
Being a sucker for constant experimentation, I wanted to style this outfit in a not-so usual way. Since the colour of this maxi dress is quite earthy, I had a Banjaran- Bohemian look in my mind and so I accessorized the look with a beaded head band which is originally a neckpiece and sand colored gladiator flats. I had a lovely time shooting for this look and am quite happy with the outcome. If you are looking for a casual yet elegant outfit for a quite lunch with family or for a beach vacation, this maxi dress would be perfect! Please check out Myst Designs for outfits which are very elegant, chic and wearable! The details are below as always.
Hope you like this Banjaran look featuring Myst Designs. Your suggestions and feedback hold a lot of importance to me!
Until next time,
Lots of Love!
